Kan Seidel (@kandyboots) is the latest artist on view at The Visitors Center in Fire Island Pines. A frequent visitor of the island, Kan debuts new work that explores the comedy and tragedy of queer desire. His work uses textural strokes and vivid colors to create worlds of delightful perversion. Expanding beyond his painting practice, Kan's ceramic sculptures depict the ecstasy of queer bodies in space.
