THE SERVE
It wouldn't be Fire Island without some tea. Our soft serve is inspired by our house teas and flavors that complement them.
This dairy-free soft serve uses an oat-milk base and is vegan and gluten-free*.
Our concept is simple: two weekly flavors, rotating throughout the season.
Developed to complement one another, these flavors can be enjoyed in a twist or independently.
There is only one size–No cones.
Our “Serves” are our sundaes and are developed with curated toppings, we don't have sprinkles, so don't ask.
No samples. Simply Get Served.
*Some of our curated toppings may contain gluten and other allergens, so please ask your server before enjoying them.
We are mission-driven. A percent of our proceeds are directed towards QCAF, a 501(c)(3) Fire Island Pines-based non-profit funding queer culture and art. committed to creating a more inclusive and equitable society where LGBTQ+ individuals and their allies can thrive without fear of discrimination or erasure.
